I have been an integral part of Little Koala Montessori Academy since October 2022, bringing my expertise as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and passion for nurturing young minds. Currently, I am working as a Manager in Little Koala Montessori Academy. I hold an Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate and an Infant and Toddler certificate, as well as a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Baba Farid University in India.
With two years of teaching experience as a Clinical Instructor for nursing students, I transitioned into early childhood education to pursue my deep-rooted passion for teaching and supporting children in their foundational years. My focus is on creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can develop their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive skills.
I firmly believe in the importance of hands-on learning and child-led exploration to foster creativity and independence. I incorporate Montessori principles into her teaching, emphasizing respect for each child’s unique learning pace and abilities. My approach encourages children to build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and cultivate a love for lifelong learning.
As a childcare professional, I prioritize the health, safety, and overall well-being of every child. I am skilled in designing activities that promote development in all areas—whether through sensory play, music and movement, or structured group interactions. I also understand the vital role of open communication between educators and families, ensuring that parents feel connected and informed about their child’s progress.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling to new places, reading, and immersing herself in different cultures. These experiences enrich my perspective and inspire me to introduce new ideas and practices into my work with children.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I am always happy to collaborate with families to ensure the best possible care and learning experiences for their children.
