I am Cynthia Hong, the Manager of Little Koala Montessori Academy’s Clarke Campus.

As an AMI-trained Montessori educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching and school leadership, I am passionate about creating a warm, respectful environment where children feel safe to explore, build independence, and develop a love of learning. I believe in observing each child closely and supporting their growth at their own pace.
